You can connect Gmail or Google Workspace, Outlook or Office 365, and SMTP senders. Free accounts are limited to one sender connection, and Growth accounts can connect multiple senders. Sender-provider quotas still apply.
BuffSend supports higher-volume outreach through connected senders, campaign queues, and sender quotas. Actual sending capacity still depends on your plan, sender-provider limits, domain reputation, list quality, and content practices.

The Free Plan is designed to give you a great start. If you exceed the monthly limits, campaign sending and credit-based actions for that month will pause. You'll still have access to your existing data and contacts. To continue with higher limits, you can upgrade to our Premium Plan at any time.
You can manage billing from your account and switch plans when available. Plan changes update your monthly limits and credit allocation according to the active subscription.
Contact support for billing questions. Refund requests are handled according to the current terms of service and the status of the subscription.
