Cancelling Your Subscription
We're sorry to see you go! If you need to cancel your paid BuffSend subscription, you can do so easily through the Stripe Customer Portal.
Please note: Cancelling your subscription will typically take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date. Refunds for partial periods are generally not provided unless required by law or specific promotional terms.
Steps to Cancel:
- Log in to your BuffSend account.
- Navigate to the Account Settings or Billing section within BuffSend.
- Click the "Manage Billing", "Billing Portal", or similar button to access the secure Stripe Customer Portal.
- Inside the Stripe portal, locate your active BuffSend subscription details.
- Look for an option to "Cancel Plan", "Cancel Subscription", or similar. It might be next to the plan details or under a settings menu for the subscription.
- Click the cancellation link/button.
- Stripe may ask you to confirm the cancellation and will likely inform you when the cancellation will take effect (usually at the end of the current billing cycle).
- Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
What Happens After Cancellation?
- You will retain access to the features of your paid plan until the end of the current billing period you've already paid for.
- After the billing period ends, your account will likely revert to the Free plan (if one exists) or become restricted.
- Your data (contacts, campaigns, senders) will generally remain in your account according to BuffSend's data retention policy, allowing you to potentially resubscribe later. However, access to features requiring a paid plan will be disabled.
- You will no longer be billed for the subscription moving forward.
